Considering the price of this item in New Zealand, and the price of the Samsung Evo 970+ 1tb version, this seems like a decent deal.

  • I checked on PriceSpy and there's only one item that's price-competitive in NZ, the Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB @ $258. The brand's not as good, but you get CGA protection.

    Thanks, managed to knock another $20 USD off with promos. $10 for preloading gift card balance with $100, plus $10 coupon for using Amazon app. (No idea on eligiblity for these - preload was offered during checkout, coupon was via a banner on their mobile site)

    i wonder if we can contact amazon after its delivered regarding GST refund, as items under 1k seem to be free according to the GST calculator.

    Estimated GST to be collected:$20.71 is on my amazon order… just a thought.

      I don't think so, because any oversea company sell their product more than $60k to NZ need to register for GST. Amazon is definitely over the threshold.
