Love how frequent these deals come out but who comes up with the values? Surely the more you spend the more you should save?

  Maybe there are smaller margins on the more expensive items (eg, say on audio technology) so they can't afford to discount those too much?

    There will be a larger gross margin but smaller percentage margin in more expensive goods.
