Win an America’s Cup Trophy experience for schools

Genesis School-gen and Emirates Team New Zealand are working through School-gen to inspire young Kiwi innovators, which is why we’re offering primary and intermediate schools the chance to see the America’s Cup Trophy up close and personal.

What’s on offer?

We’ll bring the America’s Cup Trophy to the winning schools in the North Island mid-October and South Island mid-November.
Each winning school will also receive $3,000 of STEM equipment.
Entries – Fri 31 Jul to Fri 14 Aug

Get your students to bring their energy and kiwi ingenuity to decorate the school in a way that shows their support for Emirates Team New Zealand.
Take a photo or make a video of their amazing creation. Video – 2 min max / 50MB max. Photo – high resolution.
One entry per school – must be submitted by an authorised staff member.

Voting – Mon 17 Aug to Fri 28 Aug

Get everyone to VOTE. When you load your entry, look for the chain link symbol and click it to create a unique link for your school which you can share with everyone to make voting easy for them.
One vote per person per day. Votes will be divided by the school roll, so school size is taken into account.
Winner Selection

When voting closes, the top five schools in the North and South Island will go before a judging panel and two winners from each area will be selected.
