Casually scrolling through Microsoft Store and saw that these two games don't have a price on them but are free through an EA trial.
Once you actually click on them though, the price of $21.99 appears.
These are the standard versions of the game.

Madden NFL 20
Superstar/Deluxe editions are $23-$28ish. Looks like sale has been on for at least a week.
Slightly similar price on PS4 through PlayStation Store.
