  Note: Goods are shipped from overseas.
  I ordered some yesterday and got a message to say they had been dispatched, but when I checked the tracking link, it showed that they have been sent from NSW, AU.
  I assumed $10 shipping was for next day courier delivery.

    True. Wonder if it's like that for most of these shoe companies. They all run a similar site design and have similar shipping costs; vans, converse, skechers etc …
