Few days late on this one. Jackets and jerseys have already sold out.

From the 2020 T20 World Cup that has been postponed until November 2021.

"In July 2020, the ICC announced that both the 2020 and 2021 editions had each been postponed by one year due to the pandemic Therefore, the 2020 tournament was moved to November 2021, and the 2021 tournament was moved to October 2022.Australia and India retained the rights to host the tournaments, with India hosting in 2021 and Australia in 2022."

    I'm over at OzBargain reading the comments, and it looks like people are being refunded for missing items. Overall, seems like a bit of a stitch up and whoever's running the store doesn't know what they're doing.
