Will that ps+ service only be on ps5?
yes the 'Ps Plus Collection' is PS5 only. Ps4 owners will get something different in November i'm sure

There is hope as we are getting Spiderman next month which is a big title for ps+
Just remember that this is coming to that new PS+ service for next gen consoles when the PS5 launches in just over a month. So if you've got PS+ and are getting a PS5 you might want to hold off and spend your $20 on something else.
