What's even better, is that 2.5% of total sales made through this promotion will be donated to the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation and will go towards supporting the 700,000 Kiwis with respiratory disease.
Yeah I'm not sure what the saving actually well be but if someone is in the market for these products, then hopefully they get an alright deal and itll be good for the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation to get some of the sale.
Does anyone know whether this will significantly reduce the price for Samsung phones? I presume the store margin on them is low like the Apple phones.
Remember it's their cost, not what they pay. You will almost certainly NOT get a good deal on a brand named phone.
You may get an OK deal on a TV, ect. But not one that is better than the "big sale" weekends (which seem to be every second one lately). All with the added hassle of having to ask the price of everything.
At least they're giving something to charity too.

Will be interesting to know what that brings the prices of Sony TVs down to. From what I have heard most TVs only get good prices when the manufacturer gives the discount to the store. And most TVs dont have much margin anyway (for the store).
