Just curious how do I check or verified is this a legit deal or a scam, a bit worry have to enter email and password there
On that site you need to enter your email but should not have to enter any password. If you aren't logged in to Facebook, you may need to login to Facebook but this will be on Facebook which you should be able to verify by checking the certificates etc. Although frankly with updated modern browsers just checking the URL in the URL bar should be enough.
When you authorise/d the app (called Coupons on Facebook), you choose what details you want to share. Name and profile picture is required, it will probably also ask for "Pages likes" and "Friends list". The later only shares friends who use the app and also agreed to share the friends list nowadays. You should be able to choose to disable these.
