Not the best promotion from a marketing point of view I reckon, because you are more likely to use the 4G network at your workplace, and far from your "eligible" place of residence. This is a "test drive our network" type of promo.

New towers scattered over Waiheke Island. I've checked a few addresses in Oneroa and Onetangi and they've all worked.
