  • Alternatively keep an eye out for the 9 piece set which drops down to $80-90 often

This will be alright if you only plan on blending soft ingredients, but if you want to use frozen stuff you'd be best springing for a more powerful (1000W+) unit

    • That is right need at least 1000 watts for frozen stuff

Are people still buying these infomercial things?

    • +2

FWIW, I use my magic bullet almost every day and it's over five years old. Super convenient for smoothies.

    • +5

They moved beyond informercials a really long time ago.

Wouldn't you just buy an actual blender for this price instead of a miniature as seen on tv crapper with only 500w motor?

    • +2

Blenders are more hassle to clean and bulkier. I have both a nutrimix and a blender. Never use the blender…

  • Pricewise, it's not really a good deal, only $5 cheaper than noelleeming, but you'll need to pay $7 for shipping…

  • Watch the YouTube video of these exploding and maiming people…
Not supposed to run them for more than a minute.

    • This is stated in the manual and on the device itself. They shut themselves off after a minute

      • Yeah I know. But people just restart them and use hot food.
The world is filled with idiots

        • +1

Oh yeah, there are morons behind every seemingly obvious safety warning you see
