In theory. You code buy warehouse gift card with a total value of $80 for $55. Then use this to buy the $100 steam or PlayStation card with the voucher code (need to top up $5) effectively making the 100 game cards $60.

Suppose so. $80 = $65,so if you did this repeatedly; 160 for 130, 240 for 195, 320 for 260, 400 for 325.

I recall 5 plus years ago the warehouse had 20% or 25% of everything. I think my first $500 order of gift cards went through but they canceled my second order. Big mistake discounting gift cards.

Yep. Go through checkout process and select Zip as payment. It'll take you to the Zip portal and prompt you to enter a code. There will be an 'x' in the top right corner which you can click to cancel.
hmmm i dont get the code area, i wonder if its because i have already used 10zip previously, its just asking me enter cvc, tickbox t&c's and click complete. I was hoping to test if 20zip worked.
Just tried, quit the Zip payment (don't have a ZIP account yet) then the cart became empty. Added the gift card again and both codes became invalid. I think that's a system glitch. So please be careful to choose ZIP unless you really mean it. See my screenshot.

Repeat but this time use the $400 gift cards purchase more $80 worth of voucher 6 times (6x$65 = $ 390) and now you have $480 of gift cards in the mail and $10 remaining from your first order.

In a couple days of click and collect you could make plenty

Bugger I never know that! I have try Give it QR in-store twice, first time I only go for $5 off $50 and it did applied and deduct successfully. 2nd time only 25% off applied but not $5 off $50 while my total to pay was over $50. I have sent them email and they said they will investigate and gonna send me a $5 online code while they doing that. (Not sure whether the $5 online code can be stack with another $5 off $50 next time I think I can only find out after they send me that)

Download 'The Warehouse' app. Login. In 'my account', select Upper Hutt or Wellington as a 'my preferred stores' (can't remember other locations). The home screen should now show a purple wallet. Click on 'wallet' to bring up a QR code.

It can be used for multiple transactions. You don't have to use it all in one go.

@Wakrak: I've used multiple warehouse GCs in 1 transaction before. Cant see why this will be different - the GCs they sent looked like the usual ones.
Only downside of GCs is no online and no 5% off from warehouse card.

@doubledippps: Pretty sure you have to enter your drivers license number and etc so they can credit check you. Not sure how healthy it is to run multiple credit checks for multiple zip acc’s.

I noticed that every time there is a "staff redundancy meeting", these kinds of generous discounts will occur. Last time it happened, someone forgot to exclude technology products from a whopping 70% off clearance sale. I managed to snagged a fairly late model smartphone for a fraction of RRP. Its like a staff member who is responsible for checking discounts has left the building, lol.
