thanks for sharing, last time countdown sent me the code, i used it to order but order was cancelled the next day, and it has been 5 weeks since they promised to let me know why my order was cancel- no news at all, will avoid shopping at countdown whenever possible

I don't think it's targeted, as you mention it's on Facebook. Also, I'm not a new customer and it worked for me. I think they'll sort the issue out
