There appears to be a bug that allows you to install the game for free.

Step 1: Open your Steam client
Step 2: Go to https://steamdb.info/app/826630/ and click on "Install"
Step 3: Game will be added to your account. Cancel install if you wish to install it later.

  The game is almost 20GB. So I'll install it later (i.e. never - like most free games).

  Apparently it's just the 1st of 3 available campaigns, making it a demo. Will expire deal for now.
