Thanks, I put in a dozen click and collect orders for $1 each for several stores around my city. Let's see how many get cancelled 😂

    Did it not offer to ship for free on the cancelled order page ? A few of my orders were cancelled from the hornby store but they sent the items for free..

      No, it only gave the option to cancel. I thought it was weird - it said "please cancel your order so we can refund you". In the past they would just cancel without asking.
      
      I think they didn't have stock in any other stores in the city (no idea about elsewhere in the country, I didn't look)

What a crap website - the games I added that all said they were available for delivery ended up coming up as not available for delivery when I checked out! A waste of my time.
