Contact is a really bad company to deal with imo. Very robotic and never accommodating. I took this deal last year but regretted it pretty instantly.
Must just depend who you get - I've had great experiences with their customer service team, really friendly and helpful

hi @monkeybear - whats the lock in period for the 200off?
@huffboy: Their front end user stuff is so poor compared to others. Their tech sucks, I hate their clunky app. All interactions I had with them were robotic almost.

@Wakrak: My 12 months was the plan I selected at the time. I ended up breaking and paying 150 to leave 🙃 I've found meridian so much better. 200 to join meridian also.
