  • Watch for the 15% surcharge added to cover NZ GST once you set your address in the checkout. But I'm still happy with the deal, thanks!

Total savings of $120 it says for my order 😀

  • Anyone else have issue with not receiving all the ordered items because it was out of stock?

So Bonds sold items online when they didn't have enough stock and looking on the FB page heaps of other people had the same issue.. Isn't this bait advertising?

    • I received a shipment email listing everything being dispatched, then my parcel arrived today and half of it was missing. I used their contact us form to ask about the missing items and they sent an automated message saying check with the courier for a second parcel and closed the ticket. I then contacted them again saying the courier's delivered in full, they then told me that they couldn't fulfill the order and were refunding me for the items they didn't send. Pretty poor performance, I doubt I'll buy from them again.

      • I had the same thing but saw that they hadn't yet processed my order for the second item. I'll give them a month before doing the same.

      • Same experience here. No mention of items being out of stock or that they would be refunded until multiple follow ups on missing but of order. Live chat agent closed the chat too. Probably the worst online shopping experience I've had….
