    Wrong review . This is not the xiaoxin pad the CPU ad well as the screen are better (AMOLED) in the xiaoxin pad

    From what Ive read it will either be global or you can use a recovery tool from Lenovo's website to flash the 'Rest of world' firmware

      Looking at reviews of same model (with more memory) one comment said it had global firmware but old version and no OTA updates out of the box. Also several comments saying Netflix does not work and needs to be sideloaded (probably a certificate issue). I'd be a little cautious of this unless your familiar with doing these kind of updates.

        There is some flashing global rom flashing guide here https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/in-depth-review-of-the-le… but it seems like even with this it can never have Play protect certification which could lead to issues down the line with Play store.
