Thanks for checking us out. You're right, there is a small collection of cars we don't insure which we refer to our friends at Star. These are typically high powered cars, expensive cars, or something which isn't your typical passenger car (quad bike, side by side, motorbike etc).
At the moment looking pretty simmilar to the other insurance company quotes for myself. Also just discovered that it raises the price by $12 a month if you have money owing on the car. I wonder what all the other factors are

All the other factors are simply what we ask when you were getting a quote: licence type, address, age, claims history, car value, car make, money owed, years licence has been held, additional drivers etc. It's all fully transparent and you'll see your price change as you choose different policy options.
Oh wow I really need to get my full license… Ive been told it only affects it tiny bit and its the years of driving thats taken into account, nearly $20 a month isnt a tiny difference!
