I found it easier to go in store and buy the ones you want and use that docket to return the ones from your online order.
I learned the hard way that Warehouse staff have difficulty with things like exchanges. I had one girl wanting to charge me for the difference between the special price I purchased it at and the current price the toy was currently selling for. No matter how I tried to explain she just did not understand I finally had to pull a Karen and ask for the manager.
So now I buy them in store then 10 mins later come back and return them. I may get some odd looks from the customer service staff but it is literally because of their own stupidity.
Back when I was in school I worked weekends at mundane jobs like that (no disrespect, it just wasn't very fulfilling).
When people did stuff like that I could see their reasoning and just gave them a smile, I was on a meagre hourly rate, so what did I care.
