Overview

The ‘45 for F45’ free stock promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (Australia & New Zealand) and HelloStake Limited (United Kingdom). The program provides new customers to Stake with $45 NZD of free stock in a FXLV (F45 Training Holdings Inc.) after they fund their Stake account using payment methods provided by Stake, within Stake’s platform and fulfil the competition eligibility criteria.

Participation in the ‘45 for F45’ promotion does not conflict or negate a users eligibility for the Stake Free Stock Program (FSP). To participate, Stake users must agree to these terms (FSP Terms & Conditions), which are in addition to the Stake Terms & Conditions.

The ‘45 for F45’ free stock promotion period is defined as 5:45pm AEST on 12th July, 2021 through 5:45pm AEST on 26th August, 2021. Terms & Conditions set out the promotion and the conditions and restrictions of the promotion.
Eligibility Criteria

In order to qualify for this promotion you must meet all of the following:

• Does not have an existing funded individual or non-individual (Company, SMSF) Stake account before PROMO START TIME/DATE.
• Use promotional code f45 when creating their new Stake account as at or after PROMO START TIME/DATE.
• Fund their new Stake account within the ‘45 for F45’ free stock promotion period.
• Has current membership to any fitness club or platform

If you meet the Eligibility Criteria above, you will be asked to send a screenshot of your membership or a recent gym-selfie to [email protected] before your $45 in F45 stock is awarded.

If eligible, your $45 NZD in F45 stock will be allocated to your Stake brokerage account no later than a fortnight of you having sent your screenshot or selfie. Please note at the time of competition launch F45 is not yet public. Stake reserves the right to extend this period to allow for the IPO of F45 on the US market.
