Shopa Docket to Launch in New Zealand

Hey everyone,

So I posted before asking what you all wanted from a Coupon Website.. I really appreciate all the feedback and ideas!

Happy to announce that Shopa Docket is coming to New Zealand.

We've been Australia's longest running coupon company (started in 1986) and we wanted to bring our savings to you all in NZ.

We provide a few different channels for coupons/savings/deals:

• In-store receipts in supermarkets, retailers and other variety stores with discount offers printed on the back (Looks like this)
• Website & App that has a number of these coupons and other exclusive deals that you can either redeem in-store or online
• Exclusive email deals for our members (and I'll try and get some through to ChoiceCheapies as well)

We're planning to be in-store in Kmart in December 2021, and working on supplying other chains - will announce when I've got more info to share.

I've put together a temporary website while our developers build the full service and we onboard local merchants.
It's only got big online brand sales at the moment, we're working on more local and exclusive stuff soon - really early days!

Really open to feedback, hope to bring lots more deals to you all!
Still would love to hear which merchants you want to see, different functions etc - we also like to run competitions so what sort of prizes would you like to win?

    Out of curiosity, how come you don't have a strong presence on OzBargain?

    Looks like a decent list of merchants thus far!

      I'll be honest, we're a small team and haven't really had the time to dedicate!
      I'm the Product Designer but I also do social media marketing, email marketing and a whole range of other day-to-day things.
      But understand how important a presence is on there, and I want to do it right.

      With a product launch in New Zealand I want to make sure I get out name out there and be upfront about everything!
      -lots to do, so little time!-

    I know just a temp site, but any chance to have an alphabetical text list of stores as well as the giant squares for navigation? Saves lots of scrolling.
    Would expect the list to change with category selected.

        Yeap! that's on the list - was waiting on getting a few extra codes from brands to make this work well.

      Sounds like a good idea, working on a couple of other things at the moment but I'll put it on the list!
      I'll need to keep the main part as a random sort on the homepage to be fair to all the brands so they all have an equal chance of being shown at the top.
