    Steam will not provide extra giftable copies of games you already own.

    Not sure what that means but worth a shot

      If you buy a game you already have directly through the Steam store, it adds a giftable version to your inventory that you can send through Steam, with a message. Steam keys from elsewhere (like HumbleBundle) can’t be added to your account if you already own the game. You can still send spare Steam keys to other people.
