I received the tracking number Tuesday, and just had an email from NzPost that it should be delivered next Monday… meat products sitting in a van/depot almost a whole week??? Eek

Yes I have emailed them and they asked for a phone number to call back
Same experience and dates. The two tracking numbers were different, looks like it was dispatched today rather than Tuesday. The fresh mozzarella too… Will update if I hear back from the company
Got a call, they send overnight, a batch was dispatched today, and the initial tracking numbers were sent out in error. All orders are packed to stay cool, and locally they use temperature controlled trucks. They had a customer get an order in Dunedin overnight this week, so they're optimistic the NZPost estimates are overly conservative and it will arrive Saturday at the latest.
They were also happy to reship if it didn't go as planned. Seems like they are on top of things

@Sadie: Not yet, it's showing as delayed locally in Wellington went from "With courier for delivery" back to "Ready for courier", so I guess NZ Post here might be struggling a bit.
I got the tracking number on Tuesday and it was delivered this afternoon (Auckland). Funnily enough, the box didn't have a label on it at all which explains why there were no tracking updates.
Had it for dinner tonight and it was great!
They have free shipping on just the pizza bases too if you only want them :)
