Thanks. This item is not eligible for price match because Products lowered in price cannot be combined with any other TWL or competitor’s promotion. You may check the details below. https://help.thewarehouse.co.nz/Help/s/article/Price-promise

    • You can still get the game for $85.50 so why the downvote?
Warehouse Money card stacks. Not sure about the $5 Give a Little Code, but that's not included in the final price of $85.50.
I am pretty sure the free delivery stacks if you get the price matched online.
If you get it price matched instore then you will definitely get it for $85.50.

This deal is not obtainable I contacted the warehouse they would not price match due to what I posted above?

      • How can you get the game for $85.50 thewarehouse has told me over the phone they will not match because it's a 'competitors promotion'?

        • It might be due to trying to match it on the phone. They might've been reluctant if you mentioned other discount codes on top of the price promise.

If you go to the website and use the live chat they'll apply the discount within a couple of mins after you send them the Ebgames link. As soon as the price beat has been applied you can add the free shipping code.

          • @Shujinkou: Tried it on desktop just now once again got this message:

This item is not eligible for price match because the item is in gaming sale. Products lowered in price cannot be combined with any other the Warehouse or competitor’s promotion. You may check the details below. https://help.thewarehouse.co.nz/Help/s/article/Price-promise

@nilllskill: Hmm.. Have you already added other discount codes to your cart? (e.g. Free shipping).

The cart should only have the item in it when you request the price promise.
After they've applied the discount you can add the free shipping code.

Otherwise not too sure, might just be the agent refusing to apply it.

I've successfully added other codes (shipping, give little) after the price beat has been applied. In saying that, I didn't include the give a little discount in the price anyway, since most people have probably already used the $5 code.

I got it successfully price matched for $81.25 today (with Warehouse Money), otherwise it's $85.50 as per the title.

I managed to get this price matched via the online chat too, no problems, might be just the agent you got so probably try again at another time and hopefully you get someone that’ll do it

Thanks for the deal, purchased for $81.25 successfully as well using Warehouse CC. Christmas prezzie for the nephews sorted!

    • How did you do it? The warehouse is declining me says it's aganst terms and conditions of price match.

      • Try a diffrrent online agent?

        • I tried 2 agents. both failed. :(

  • Same. So unfair!

    • Do it on store. Pricematch has never failed for me in store.

Beating a game price by 10% is defo not against wh terms and conditions.
Too bad there’s no way around someone deciding to say no - other than reconnecting to a different agent.
On the other hand sometimes cheapies post a previous gen console “price promise” deal - that’s against t&c 😬 hope those agents don’t get into too much trouble

The agents are useless spoke to three now all refused. How does their price match not cover items on sale?

  • +1

First time denied but second agent approved mine 🤩🤩🤩

Failed 2, but 3rd agent approved, its really luck dependent
