Would be careful with this as OPO does not usually come stock with "Android 5.0 Lollipop" but rather OxygenOS or h2os. Could be the Chinese version flashed with a different OS or a typo. Either way id proceed with caution buying outside the official site!

  Correct me if i'm wrong, but the non international version of the One Plus only ships to the US. If you do plan to get the international version and plan to use it in NZ than i believe the LTE and Duel sim won't work. If those don't really matter to you, there really is no difference between the two since you can flash OxygenOS anyway.
