why
Would not honour a price on there website, run around from agents to get the discount. Then had to return the shoes at my own cost. Going to commerce comssion. even their managers are very very sorry but can't do sh*t.
Yes, I agree. Return at buyer's cost is just not cool, especially we can't try them at the moment.
@Superpower21: Return at buyers cost is perfectly understandable and fine for change of mind. It is illegal for faulty item or they sent the wrong item etc. I'm in online retail. No way I am paying for a return if the customer messed up………..
@kiwical: imagine having to reimburse all those orders due to change of mind/wrong size, the cost of re-sending could end up more than the value of the item, impractical.
@kiwical: I can understand that attitude for many products but shoes are so hard to buy online. The same numbered size can fit completely different brand to brand, that's hardly the customer 'messing up'. They may be entitled to not offer free returns but it completely puts me off for something that's such a gamble
@kiwical: Yeap that's understandable, but not when it was not communicated and mentioned thru out the whole process. Have worked in both physical retail and call center over the years.
@kiwical: I can see where you are coming from. In my case, it was not change of mind. I bought my usual brand and usual size from them in September. Shoes $80, shipping $10 and found they were smaller than my other pairs. If I was going to return and exchange, then it would be another $10 for return shipping and $10 for new pair. So I will NEVER buy from them again.
My issue is not about change of mind.
I see. What is/was the issue? The returns policy is right there on the website. Faulty items or they messed up and sent the wrong item they pay return costs. Change of mind, wrong size, don't like the colour, that's on you. Same as pretty much every other online shop out there I know of.
Wouldn't buy anything from this crowd if they were the last place on earth for shoes. Buyer beware.
