      The Warehouse has online chat. If you’re on a computer browser: Log into your account, click ‘live chat’ bottom right of the screen. Send them your account email address and a link to both The Warehouse listing and listing from whatever site you’re trying to price match with.

    Live chat - yes. They’re occasionally off line, has been pretty terrible to use as of late.
