Couldn't get a straight answer out of their live chat.

Has anybody preordered from them before?

The NZ site says preorder for day one delivery.
For the same item, the AU site just shows a time frame for 5-7 days delivery to Auckland.

Unless it's changed (It may have with kogan buying them)

All AU deliveres were simply sent from Auckland.

  As far as I know this is still true - all NZ sales are despatched from Auckland (unless they don't have it in the local warehouse I guess).

Confirmed when i orderd cod vanguard, chat said the nz site ships from silverdale warehouse in Auckland. Oz one will definetly be coming from over there and there is an extra delay on overseas parcels according to NZ Post.
