they wont stay in my ears if i run (your ears may differ)
I think they're alright. They give you ~6 different sizes of silicone earbuds so any time I've done anything drastic, they've kept in fine
I do not recommend getting this and this is coming from an owner who owns multiple earbud and headphones, such as - Bose QC32 II, WF-1000XM3, WH-1000XM3 and WH-1000XM4.
Compared to the big brother WH-1000XM3 or WH-1000XM4, the WF-1000XM3 is pretty bad. Constant disconnections no matter if you use it on Android, iPhone, Windows. Plenty of threads and complaints about this on Reddit and Sony's forum, as well as elsewhere. I've tried using different bluetooth stack on Android and on Windows, the issue is with the earbud itself. Firmware is fully up to date as well, tried out different settings including do not power-off when idle. They just seem to disconnect randomly and sometimes power-off for no reason. They work a lot better on Windows compared to on phones, but still, terrible compared to the WH-1000x series.
If you really want to get it, go for maybe the WF-1000XM4, which is the newer model. But otherwise, it's not worth the price.

$299.95I recently got the newer model WF-1000XM4 and they're excellent. The noise cancelling is VERY good, and they stay connected and in place during exercise. Quite expensive though.
(Haven't used the WF-1000XM3, my previous pair were the Jabra 65t.)i hear one of the upgrades with that model is an anti wind mode, that sounds good as in wellington wind messes with noise cancelling
Yep, in the part of the app where you choose what kind of noise cancelling you want there's the option for "Automatic Wind Noise Reduction" which I haven't tried yet.
Would have to say the WF-1000Xm3 is realy disappointing. Received mine yesterday and tested it today. It disconnects and cuts in and out more than 10 times in a 3-min song…
Definitely something wrong there. Mess around in the Sony app setting, can change to prioritise stability over quality but def not that bad.

Are these good for running? Or do they fall out easily/not mix well with sweat? Thanks
