Hi Stevarja, Yes we can grind single origins to suit whichever you would like. Just place a comment and we can grind as appropriate. The singles are not part of our sale though as they are micro batches of 3-5kg and are labour intensive compared to our blends. If you do buy a kilo we can put into 4 bags for you though no problem. The Ethiopia Kochere Boji is an absolute cracker of a Natural Ethiopian filter coffee.
Is it not possible to get 1kg with espresso grind for the single origin Ethiopians? Even better if you can pack into 2x 500gr or 4x 250gr?
