Flybuys Courier Delivery

hello so i bought an item off flybuys on Friday around 7pm
its coming via Courier Delivery
what i wanted to know do they email you a tracking number or anything to let you know your item is on the way once shipped and how long should item take to arrive

my friend who has bought off 5 things off there in the last couple of months said because i live in auckland
when you buy the item the next business day it's processed and shipped out via post haste overnight delivery because that is how all his items have come

but im not sure as this is the first item ive ever got from flybuys

    No you don't get any emails or tracking numbers from FlyBuys in my experience.
    I placed an order via the Flybuys store for an item from Noel Leeming on the 28/11/21 and it got delivered to Christchurch yesterday the 6/12/21.
    I did get an NZ Post text yesterday morning to say they expected to deliver my order and then another text when it was delivered but that was the only correspondence I had.
    Cerainly nothing except the initial email from FlyBuys to say 'thanks for your order'.

        I presume it was because I had my mobile number loaded against the FlyBuys profile.
        There may have even been an option to receive updates via mobile but I honestly can't remember!

    Who they use depends on the product ordered, stuff like gift cards come direct from flybuys via post haste and stuff via NL etc comes from their own system and you don't get email updates.

      my friend told me he got ps4 and xbox games

      is there a way to know where item is coming from because all items coming from NL you have to pick up

        Just to confuse things, not everything from Noel Leeming via Flybuys is pickup.
        I had two items - a Powerbank and a Kindle.
        The Powerbank was collect from store and the Kindle was couriered, yet it was ordered at the same time.

    No updates comes via flybuys other than the initial thank you order email. Only other thing is delivery txt from the shipping company like nz post or haste on the day it is arriving. Frankly, it doesn't even say what the item is. Only from where it is coming.

    Recently, bought Jabra 85t from flybuys and only received txt from nzpost stating a package is coming from NL today. That's all.

    In my experience they give a time frame.If you haven't received by the end of it let them know and they can contact the supplier and in some cases can then get you a tracking number from them

      have no phone to contact them i sent an email to them about my order on afternoon and they still not got back to me

      they got back to me and said

      I'm afraid the tracking details aren't available until after the 8th working day as we must allow the full delivery timeframe.

      If you haven’t received your order or a calling card by the 16/12/2021 please let us know
