  this isn't uk bargains. There are millions of deals outside of nz. We dont want to list them, bc if we do only 1% of the deals will be relevant.

    None taken, but I beg to differ. This is very relevant for people travelling to the UK, or for any friends/family you may have over there. Here's the link to my post over at OzBargain if you're interested in reading other comments & opinions.

      My thought:

      This is transport within the uk. If your argument is useful for People travelling to uk then wouldn't any deals in the uk involving food or accommodation or tours also be relevant? :)

  If nothing else, following TA's link to OzBargain discussion lead to information about 'Ticket-Splitting', something we'd not heard of before. While we probably don't have it here in NZ/Aus, it does raise the point to check if direct travel between destination A to D is always cheaper than, A to B, B to C, C to D. (via different companies etc.) Ofcourse there are always other considerations re total time of travel, hassle of changing transport, disconnects between links etc.
