Don't forget that EB Games don't always ship sealed "brand new" games. If the stock is fulfilled from a store, technically they take the unsealed / opened game case off the shelf and go get the brand new disc from wallets in the store room.
yep that is why i never buy disc games from ebgames because most of the time even when game is said to be new its not and there was finger prints on discs or light scratches or case was in poor condition
Also they sometimes ship just the disc in a flimsy paper/plastic thing cuz they couldn't find the matching case :|
