I went to Bunnings Manukau to buy some P2 masks given the outbreaks of omicron is imminent, I saw they have some 3M 9123 P2 masks at $13.98 per pack, each pack has 5 masks instead 3 at most other places.
Chemist Warehouse has this mask at $5.99 each.
Couldn’t find anything down that row or anywhere else tonight. I’m a bit late to the party 🎉
I couldn't find any at both Riccarton or Christchurch Airport today unfortunately.
And both stores are showing "in stock" in the app.
No stock at Bunnings Westgate as well. Spoke to store rep and he said someone bought all "130 packs" yesterday. Sigh !
He mentioned new stock is arriving this Thursday.
Bunnings Avondale (Trade ) have few - just grabbed one from them now.

Sold out at Mt Wellington. Overheard staff say they've cleared the shelves for store use as they expect high usage during an Omicron surge. The reason they're still showing in stock is because they haven't been sold but just kept aside for staff members. I think they'll update their inventory soon.
Yeah, I suspect those stores showing "in stock" do really have them, just that they are not on the shop floor for various reasons.

If anyone is still looking in Auckland/North, there are still a bunch at the Silverdale Trade Centre on Foundry Rd (not Bunnings Silverdale).
Hamilton South (Kahikatea Drive) as at Sunday afternoon at about 4PM had maybe 20 packs hanging on a small hook display on the middle aisle end between aisles 9 and 10 (i.e. not at the front of the store by the checkouts). They also seemed to have a full box behind the power tools sales counter.
