  • Where's the whale tail located at botany town centre?

    • Found this map that shows the location of all 80 tails. But it doesn’t specify the exact location.

Great cheap way to collect personal data…haha

    • So true. Give up your name, phone number and email and all other unknown phone permissions in the background for for a cup of coffee.
That's a steal for any organization. Muhahaha.

  • Tbh I wouldn't mind a forum post that people can update when they find the codes. We've collected 3 so far, one worth a free test pot from resene, being the most handy I guess.. I'd have to get the codes from my partner though.

    • Good idea. I'll link to your post here once you publish it.

There is one in Howick on the main street (Picton Street) in a park called Fencible Park. It's on the left hand side heading towards the Anglican church. The code is 7895. The reward is 25% off sunglasses or one optical frame at Howick Optometrists. It seems that the rewards are to be redeemed near to where the whale tale is.

  • Don't need to scan the QR code which I was confused about when I got there, just need to look for the 4 digit number.
