Just tested with Forrest Hill, I got the same error. However I can see the Price Slice banner is at the top so you can use that to order instead of the codes.

Wish they went back to nationwide coupons, almost every coupon posted here(cheapies.nz) does not work at my local right now

If you like, pm me the name of your local store and I'll have a look at it next week in regards to the codes on Cheapies not working there and see if there are alternate codes anywhere.
Seems it's just my specific local, the other stores ~20km away show the banner etc. I'll contact dominos and see what they have to say anyway.
They will say:

Yep you are right, nothing I tried worked either and no banner/pop up for the promo for any of those 3 stores.
