Solid watches. I have the forerunner 235 that I bought in 2018 and still going strong. I mainly use mine for running, but if I were in the market today the forerunner 55 would probably be my choice as it does more than my 235 as each generation the tech seems to filter down a model. There's little the higher spec models give you that most will really care about.
Have the Fenix 6x amazing watch, loved using it much more than a standard smart watch. Battery life is unreal compared to anything android/apple. Sports tracking and maps are awesome and overkill for something on your wrist
Garmin makes awesome products, I started using 60csx in the earlier days, then Forerunner 220 now Forerunner 245.
Something Garmin doesnt do well is explain the differences. Found this website quite good to show the differences between models.

Was skeptical on the watches at first because they were so expensive unless on sale. But they are exceptional devices , hence all the good reviews. I’m no way associated with rebel
Garmin watches are the best of the best. A lot of people wait until they're on special to buy since the RRP is so high.
Also the new range was very anticipated and has just been released, so the fact that they're on special so quickly is unusual.
