I think it means if you have any existing listings end them early and relist tomorrow so there won't be a success fee when they sell

Changing the end time on a listing cost. 25c these days. You can usually withdraw for no fee however.
If you do your listings using My Products you can edit the ending date/time as well as withdraw for no fee ($3 charge if you just listed it normally). Makes life really easy when days like tomorrow come around.
You change the listing day length, thats free, and jack up the price to stop buyers in the meantime
