Have anyone having luck to get refund cancel the subscription after cutoff time? I forgot to cancel mine Free Box sub until I saw there's a charge to my bank account just now..

Yeah I totally forgot and thought the cutoff is today because of the long weekend.
What did they say when you called them?
They just check and refunded me after I told them what happened, pretty good on them
Anything is possible I guess - cant hurt to ask. But in my experience 99.99% chance you will be declined. This is one thing they are incredibly strict on. They claim they had to order the products based on the cutoff and you will find they are not very negotiable on this point.
I unfortunately more than once forgot to cancel when were on holiday etc so the neighbors got to have a free bunch of dinners and one time as I have more than one account accidently ended up with 2 boxes in the same week but in every case it was a sorry cant help you.
To be fair on them, they are actually quite reasonable in other ways though , say if they make the mistake, but on this point, good luck.

Thanks guys, I contact them 1st thing around 8:30am via live chat, the agent said warehouse haven't process the order so he can cancel it for me, pretty smooth process, and the payment came back in a few hour!
Nice one. That is pretty rare from my experience and what I have seen others share. They have been moving cut off times around a bit lately so perhaps there is more flexibility. I literally called them at 12.30am one night, 30mins after the cut off and got told no.
I got My Food Bag cancelled and refunded once because I'd just had a baby and was too sleep deprived to remember. But I think it was due to the kind rep taking pity on me. Good luck.
