Last time I tried to redeem a Ben & Jerry's promo they got super confused, had a little staff meeting about it, and then reported back that New Zealand stores don't do promos. Obviously they were wrong in that case, but I wouldn't make your plans today contingent on their staff knowing how to do special deals.
