Found this deal on OzBargain.
Skin only, NO battery included.
Seems to be much cheaper than what Bunnings & Mitre 10 are selling it for ($219 and $289).

I get confused with all the different models as they all look the same and the specs seem very similar.
e.g. what's the difference between this one https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/marketplace/building-renovation/…
I believe the one you linked has a brushed motor.
Brushless motors (such as the DTD153Z) have a number of advantages. I don't have enough personal experience to say if they are worth the extra cost.
batteries last longer in brushless tools compared to brushed tools - tradie with 10 batteries
Depends on usage, brushless is often more powerful too. If you're just banging in screws / bolts around home, go for the cheapest. If you're using it a work, pushing it hard, go brushless.
Probably better off with this combo https://tinyurl.com/yyte72er unless you're in the Makita ecosystem
