  Do the items you added have the '+' item on them on the search page?
  Some lines will charge a bulky shipping charge even for MarketClub+ members over $45. These lines don't have the '+' symbol.

  For example: This item does not qualify for free shipping.

  What is the item you have in your cart?

    It wouldn't apply separate shipping for each. $63 is a strange number

    Also op seems to know it does qualify

    I can see shipping is free for MarketClub+

    Just reply at the bottom, I think I got it sorted but couldn't figure out why, maybe it's the box or weight they use to measure shipping fees?

  Order 46 baby wipes and something else that's $4 then you'll get free shipping, just tried it with 46 baby wipes and 4 x oreo cookies and it worked fine, but if I change the number of baby wipes to $47 then shipping jumps up to over $60

    I think it's their way to calculate the weight/size, I added 47x baby wipes + 3x $1 sandwich bag and shipping is $63, but if it's 46x baby wipes + 4x $1 sandwich bag it's free.

  I just testing with the quantities now, originally I added 50 to cart and shipping is $63, just got it to work out for free shipping at x47, think I will just add an $3 stuff to use the $10 off $50 voucher!

      Yeah very strange, I have to figure how out to add a screenshot here. You can try add 47 $1 baby wipes to cart vs 48 you will see what I mean

        I don't see what you mean. I tried and anything under 45 gets $6 shipping anything above is free.

          @Bill: just made it way higher and I'm getting the same thing, strage beause I had gotten over 50 with free shipping just earlier

              @Bill: It’s a bulk shipping charge.
              The item ships ‘free’ with MarketClub+ and shows that on the first checkout screen no matter what the quantity is.
              It’s not until you go to the final checkout that it adds the bulk shipping charge.
              I’m guessing bulk shipping kicks in at 25kg total weight - each unit is 530g so 47 of them is 24.91kg and free but 48 units is 25.44kg and over the limit.

              It’s not exactly a clear process.
