If you have already registered the phone number then you can't do it again on a new account.
The phone number will be registered to your account login so you will need to login with the same email address you used to sign up originally to get the offers.

I can confirm that on my app ( how do I upload screenshot on Cheapies ?), I do not have the $5 off discount but just the multibuy. I do have a QR code for the MarketClub in the app … not sure what going on. I did not use the offer for sure as I did not order any thing since 20/10/2021
If you have the QR code then it sounds like you have MarketClub.
To upload a screenshot you need to save it to your files folder under your account first.
