No need to freeze. I've kept these bad boys three months past best before in the fridge and they're still good
I agree - I've done the same.
They taste like crap when fresh from the shop, and taste the same three months later, but they don't go off very easily.
I make my own - much tastier, and maybe cheaper too (although I haven't done the maths, so maybe not!)
I'm currently working through one of the tubs. Hummus on everything at the moment :D
Also get a handy tub with a handleLol, pretty much
bonus!! lol
it actually would make good storage containers for all my homemade kefir :)
