We have had this carseat for 5.5 years, since the little one was 6m and still in it at 6yo. It’s a fantastic carseat and this is a great price.
very easy to install and uninstall.
The only other deal for this website on Cheapies has a $5 off code that still works.

Great seat.
Managed to get the black one ARB model from here for $570 on boxing day.
This is a good car seat, we ended up getting a Nuna Rava and Mother's Choice Adore AP, happy with both, prefer the Rava.
Baby on the move will price match for you if you want one, but they won't offer the free fitment because it's an online price match.
That’s a bit of a piss take isn’t it? On their part. We have this one that we bought from BOTM and they were quite helpful when we bought ours from them. The seat itself is great and easy to move between vehicles.
Its not a piss take on their part. They are really good seller and I've returned stuff to them before too and was very happy with their service. I'd definitely buy from them if i had the choice. They are price matching and giving you the exact same deal that you could get online. They also have very good product knowledge.
Baby on the move fitment includes lifelong fitment, so if you change cars or have to remove the baby seat to clean the car or get it serviced or whatever you can just stop by the store and they will refit or check the seat over for you. Personally i don't need this service because i have the skills to read the manual / check manufactured video and fit the car seat securely myself. It would be very good for people who don't feel confident fitting the car seat eg. Grandparents etc
Where is the promotion? This is normal price pretty much. This model and the ARB have always been in this price.
It’s a great car seat I have one bought last year and it’s so comfortable and easy to install. It also feels very safe.
$590 would be the fairly common decently discounted price I think these days. Very occcasionally will drop to $550/570.
although not perfect, pricespy can show price history

yup although pricespy only have 2 stores from about 10 places you could buy it from.
As someone that's purchased 7 car seats in the last 10 years, this is a lot of money, particularly for one that doesn't score very highly in a crash test: https://www.babygearlab.com/reviews/vehicle-safety/convertib…
My primary concern with car seats is how safe they are in a crash, and this much cheaper one rates higher:

This is a really good car seat safety website - https://www.childcarseats.com.au/
Just be aware you can't compare the ratings between 2012-2017 vs 2017-2020 vs 2021+ because each group they changed the rating standard, so a 5 star review from 2012 is not a 5 star seat in 2021+
The seats we are using currently:
Adore AP - https://www.childcarseats.com.au/find-and-compare-child-car-…
Nuna Rava (Review is for the cheaper AU version which has less nice fabrics) - https://www.childcarseats.com.au/find-and-compare-child-car-…
2x Britax Grow with you - https://www.babyonthemove.co.nz/products/car-seats/harnessed… (I doubt the safety rating is as high as the others because it has more space around the head).
Exactly. 600 dollars seems too steep for a car seat. I have the infrasecure luxi treo ii for our little one… Have been using it since the day he was born and we're still using it 4 years later. Bought it for around 250 bucks from baby factory back then.
This is a great car seat and that is an amazing price for this
