For the referral link I note it says 20% discount. I can't find any reference to this anywhere? Has anyone been able to get the 20% discount?

Looks like they have introduced a policy in their referral terms, preventing people posting their referral link publicly. But they are currently running a promo, and allow the link to be shared on social media. Don't their understand the social media is public?
I saw this earlier too. I'm pretty sure it's just wrong and is yet to be updated.
