The whole Entrust board and system is (profanity). Invest that money into our infrastructure or lower our bills, instead they bribe people with fat rebates to stay in power.

You can opt to get the rebates as a credit on your power bill, if you're the homeowner.
Yes, but only a decent chunk of vectors profits do not go to dividend cheques.
Consumers would be much better off, that, given entrust is the major shareholder in vector, that they demanded that vector return less of a dividend, and instead cut prices (or invested more in infrastructure).
But no, it is a high dividend value that people keep voting based off.
Those retailers are mostly overpriced, the discounts mean nothing.
Don't know about you but if I "need" something from any of those retailers, I'd be thankful that I've got this than nothing.

isn't this just the csc discount?
