They have this deal from time to time, and on Mondays usually. I suggest subscribing to their mailing list to get the announcements.
Not convinced they will have this any more other than one off specials like this. Prices have been going up. While this has mostly affected their wing deal, their most recent deals were $7.99 for 3 pieces of chicken with a regular fries and $5.99 for 5 wings with regular fries which I suspect might be the new normal. Maybe they'll try removing the fries and reducing the price $1 or something I dunno but I sort of feel $10.99 for 5 pieces might have gone the way of 10 wings for $4.90.

Doubt you'll be able to get this on online orders. For whatever reason, Texas Chicken feels it's better to flood their stores rather than let you order their special deals online. There was one time they did although with codes. And before that they also had a long running online only deal when they still had zero idea how to run online orders so you'd get there and they'd tell you they had to defrost their wings. But I suspect this isn't going to be one of them. Possibly one factor is I think they're still somewhat bad at running online orders and often still only prepare them when you arrive, if they're lucky enough to what you need on hand.
Expect this to be popular, and they'll run out of stock well before closing.
