  The app is showing 'not available in your country' on Google play for me from the website link.

  Worked once I went to their publisher account and reopened the app page..

  FYI you can redeem a Gourmet Pizza with the free pizza voucher, just ordered 3 Traditional + 1 Gourmet for $23 pickup. From my experiences they have reduce great amount of toppings compared to before for my local store, YMMV.
